I have always had a passion for cooking. Over the last several years I have focused on taking nutritious foods that may be unappealing or intimidating to people and transforming the ingredients into over-the-top delicious dishes. It’s very gratifying to serve life sustaining, wholesome food to people, knowing that they will benefit in the inside and out!

About Saladvantage

Saladvantage is an order ahead business, specializing in unique salads, soups, and sides. Customers are sent a weekly email describing what I will be offering the following week. Their order is placed, and they have one less thing to think about for a couple of their weekly meals. Some customers use their orders for a quick lunch while others take home large portions to set on the family dinnertable.
All ingredients and food allergens are clearly labeled. I use fresh, whole, unprocessed ingredients. In the summer, I take advantage of in-season, locally grown organic produce. I offer a wide variety of salads and soups to please many types of eaters including vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten free and keto. Even if you are a regular omnivore type, I have you covered.
